From Borgetto, Sicily to your home is a delicious blend of extra virgin olive oil & pure white truffle oil extract. You can use white truffle oil in a variety of ways. Drizzle this on pizza, pasta, risotto,  most vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower), any kind of meats (chicken, beef), salad vinaigrette, french fries, popcorn. 

It is used as a finishing oil right before you serve. If you use it as a cooking oil, you waste it and diminish the flavor.

We have this product available in 2 ways, but they are both the same size, 250 ml. If you want easier cheaper shipping, the tiny tin bottle would be best. If you prefer the glass bottle, just keep in mind it is taller so will cost more to ship. It also is fragile
