 Biancolilla, is known one of the best oil olives in the world. 

They are harvested and pressed within 12 hours using very strict harvesting, storage and milling methods to preserve their quality. In this way we obtain an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality suitable for all dishes. 

the olives are harvested in the period between 10 October and 20 November in order to obtain an oil with exceptional organoleptic characteristics and very low acidity.
